By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and related policies published on this website.

2. Account and eligibility

• You must sign in with a valid X account and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your session and devices secure.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

3. Service features and limitations

• The Service monitors selected X usernames and notifies configured events by email.
• Monitoring intervals, limits, and available features depend on your current plan.
• Delivery speed and detection timing are best-effort and may be affected by external API limits, outages, or policy changes by X and other providers.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Using the Service for unlawful conduct, abuse, harassment, stalking, or rights violations.
• Monitoring or tracking specific individuals for intimidation, discrimination, political targeting, doxxing, or other harmful surveillance.
• Monitoring journalists, activists, public officials, or other sensitive categories for harmful or coercive purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or attacks on infrastructure.
• Automated excessive access that may harm service stability or third-party systems.
• Using the Service in violation of X’s terms, developer policies, or applicable law.

5. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we determine there is a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, or operational necessity.
• For high-risk misuse signals, we may immediately disable monitoring and notifications without prior notice.
• You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion from the settings screen.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans may be introduced or changed in the future. Billing terms are shown at purchase and in legal disclosures.

Where paid subscriptions are available, billing and cancellation handling is provided via Stripe.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service software, design, and related materials belong to the operator or rightful licensors.

You retain rights to data or content you lawfully provide, subject to required rights for service operation.

8. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for a specific purpose.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service downtime, API restrictions, policy changes, or internet failures.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for damages related to the Service is limited to direct and ordinary damages, and shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply where limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated terms become effective when published on this site unless otherwise stated.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s principal place of business, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
